It never felt like summer in England to me,
though to be fair I was told I "missed it" during the 3 weeks I was in America.
I'm not sure if I believe that, but now it is definitely fall.
You must hate me for not picking blackberries and baking with them.
Trust me, I hate myself. I should get on that before the birds get to them.
Oh and you might be bored of the dog and horses
being essentially the only thing I take pictures of.
being essentially the only thing I take pictures of.
Any one want to be a model?
I'm sure it'd be easier to make you pose than the dog....
Ugh I believe you about the "no summer in England" ...good for you for braving the gray skies! hehe
ReplyDeleteI neeeed sun, I'm ten times slower when it's raining ...buuut your photos almost make me want rain! It looks so nice and cozy when it's in such a pretty country setting.
Can't wait to see what you make with those blackberries! :o)
Good gracious, I love these pictures. They instantly reminded me of The Secret Garden, with which I am in LOVE! :)
ReplyDeleteSuch A beautiful setting you are living in , so peaceful looking, can't wait to visit!!

if it's any consolation to you in Miami we have a never ending 90 degree summer with 90% humidity most of the year and we definitely don't have berries around here... have a nice weekend!
ReplyDeleteI love your blog!

Thanks for coming to visit my blog! I love finding new blogs to read... and yours is lovely.
ReplyDeleteI can't believe that English Starbucks don't have pumpkin spice lattes. Are they mad?! We spent August in London and though we went to the occasional Starbucks, it just wasn't the same... I love England, but that's one area where it's lacking!
I'll be back to visit again.
Cheers!
Erin
These are a lovely bunch of pictures! The countryside looks so idyllic
ReplyDeleteThese are beautiful photos. I look forward to seeing more photos of dogs and horses .-). I agree with you about summers in England. They're rare and short. I lived there for quite a few years and the temperature and rain was one of the main reasons I couldn't see myself living there forever. I need my sunshine. Possibly why Italy agrees with me. Although, I do miss the organization and efficiency of Northern Europe.
ReplyDeletep.s. sweet blog!
